The School of Continuing Studies will be attending the Toronto Machine Learning Summit (#TMLS2019) Annual Conference & Expo on Thu-Fri, Nov 21-22, 2019. The event is located in the heart of Toronto at The Carlu, 444 Yonge Street, Toronto ON.
Every year, individuals and organizations make huge strides in the rapidly changing fields of AI and machine learning. The TMLS Annual Conference is an opportunity to celebrate these achievements and see the latest developments in the field.
Students enroled in the Certificate in Machine Learning will also be attending the conference, sponsored by the School of Continuing Studies. Attendees will be taking part in talks, workshops, networking sessions and representing Canada’s future Machine Learning workforce at the event.
TMLS is a rich learning opportunity for students, allowing them to step out of the classroom and gain real-world experience in the field. It will be a unique opportunity for participants to grow their professional network, put their knowledge into action, and engage with organizations who are looking to hire fresh new candidates. TMLS, and events like it, are just one of the ways the School of Continuing Studies is committed to exposing students to experiential learning opportunities both inside and outside of the classroom.
Continuing Studies Advisors and Program Managers will also be present at the event to talk to attendees about the School’s full suite of Data & Technology programs, including the brand new Certificate in Back-End and Blockchain Development, starting Fall 2020.
