I confirm my understanding that by making this request, the School of Continuing Studies will email my grade report to the third party I have identified above. I understand this will be emailed and as such, there are inherent risks that are outside the control of York University’s School of Continuing Studies. I hereby release York University from all liability arising from my request and the transmission via email of my grade report to the third party so identified.
