Companies need HR generalists and specialists who can look at this data and see beyond the numbers to interpret and translate these insights into actionable workforce solutions, and communicate its value to management. These workforce solutions include reducing the cost per hire, improving candidate selection, raising the employee retention rate, and improving employee engagement.
