Missing Payment

Please check your Student Portal to verify if your payment has been received and to obtain your payment receipts. From the landing page in the Student Portal, click on “My Invoices” from the left-hand menu. All invoices will be listed.

If you paid by bank wire, please note it may take 5 to 7 business days for the money to be received by the School of Continuing Studies. Please allow this time before contacting us regarding your payment.

If your receipt(s) are not in the portal 7 to 8 business days after you have sent payment, please send us an email at regscs@yorku.ca as it may mean your payment was sent to a different York account than the one advertised.
