Program Manager Todd Rich will facilitate the session and will be joined by a special guest, Instructional Designer Shauna Thompson.  Shauna is a graduate of the LXD program and is an Instructional Designer with the School of Continuing Studies at York University. She has worked in various educational roles both in Canada and abroad for 20 years.
