Join Instructor Mark Peco for this live open class session, where he will explore how graph models are used to describe networks of physical and intangible things. These models enable us to understand interesting properties of how things in the real world are connected. The discussion will focus on elucidating the flow, structure, and interactions within networks, encompassing not only physical objects but also individuals.

This open class will also introduce how graph models enable analytic solutions for a wide range of business problems, including:

  • Analyze how things flow through a process or network

  • Understand the structure of a network to identify areas of risk

  • Analyze the capacity of a network to determine how to reduce congestion and delays

  • Determine how items in a network interact with each other to minimize disruptions
