York University x OVO Swag Giveaway – Official Rules
Eligibility: The giveaway is open to individuals who register for and attend at least one York University School of Continuing Studies (“YorkU SCS”) program information session listed below in November 2026. Employees of York University, OVO, and their immediate family members are not eligible. Participants must be at least 18 years of age.
Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins November 1, 2025, at 12:00 AM EST and ends November 30, 2025, at 11:59 PM EST. Only information sessions occurring during this period qualify for entry.

Entry: Attendance at a qualifying information session constitutes one entry per person. Only one entry per individual will be accepted. Attendance will be verified by YorkU SCS through registration confirmation.
Prize: One (1) winner will receive one (1) York x OVO Collegiate Hoodie and one (1) York x OVO Collegiate Sportcap (“Swag Pack”). The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is available.
Odds of Winning: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible participants. If a winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner will be selected at random from remaining eligible entries. Winner must answer a skill-testing question.
Notification: The winner will be notified via the email address provided during registration on or before December 4, 2026.
Limitation of Liability / Release: By participating, entrants release York University, OVO, and their respective affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any liability, loss, or damage arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
General Conditions: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules. York University reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway in its sole discretion.
Privacy: Participant information will be collected and used in accordance with York University’s privacy policy and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to administer the giveaway.
