Program Format & Schedule

There are no required live classes for the online asynchronous program. You can study when it works for you — that’s evenings, weekends, or during the day — making it easy to fit learning into your schedule.

All course content is available online, so you can access lectures, readings, and assignments anytime. You’ll follow a clear weekly schedule with deadlines, giving you flexibility without falling behind.

Expect to spend about 10–15 hours per week. The program is designed part-time so you can build skills consistently while working or managing other priorities.

Admissions & Eligibility

No. You can start without prior experience. The program begins with foundational concepts and builds your knowledge step by step, so you can confidently transition into HR.

If you’ve completed relevant courses before, you may be eligible for exemptions — helping you reduce both your time and cost to complete the program. We allow one course exemption per program. Please see Transfer Credit Request Form for the process and the deadlines

This program fulfills the educational requirement for CHRP and CHRL, putting you on the right path toward designation and career advancement. Please see Designations – HRPA for more information about the designations.

Tuition & Payments

Tuition covers your learning platform and course materials. You’ll only need to budget for textbooks (approximately $60–150 per course).

Flexible payment options allow you to spread out the cost, making it more manageable while you study.
