This webinar will showcase how the program’s practice-based curriculum addresses the growing demand for skilled mediators in today’s dynamic workplaces.

We’re also excited to welcome Kadeen Hutchinson, Q.Med, a Qualified Mediator and Student Experience Advisor at Centennial College. Kadeen supports students through Conduct and Conflict Resolution Services, using inclusive, student-centred approaches to conflict resolution. He brings a wealth of practical insight into the field of dispute resolution and will share real-world perspectives on mediation in action.

During the interview portion of the webinar, we’ll explore Kadeen’s unique journey into the field of mediation, what his day-to-day work looks like, and the essential skills that have helped him succeed. He’ll also share valuable resources and professional networks to support new mediators as they launch their careers.
