Taymour has over 17 years of working experience in the clinical research field and is currently a Global Studies Leader at Hoffmann-La Roche, a prominent multinational pharmaceutical company. As a Global Studies Leader, he is responsible for leading cross-functional study teams on the successful execution and delivery of large global trials and overseeing a team of Global Studies Managers.

In his previous role of Global Studies Manager, Taymour was responsible for all operational aspects of study management in various disease areas including infectious disease, immunology and ophthalmology. Taymour has worked with multinational pharmaceutical firm Novo Nordisk Canada, where he was responsible for the management and execution of phase III-IV trials in diabetes, obesity and pediatrics, and with clinical research organizations, AXON Clinical Research and DecisionLine Clinical Research.
