We really felt it was important to make this program project based. We offer the option to work on your own personal project or a York-supported project with a client partner. For instance, one student had her own candle-making business. She created online learning modules on how to make candles and it was awesome. Other students brought a project they had to do for their employers like a learning module on being a more effective presenter. Students can also partner with an organization we've sought out and interviewed. We try to match students with their passions and who they feel like they'll click with.
