I used to think staying silent was the safest option—but this course taught me that effective conflict resolution begins with curiosity and listening. Through hands-on role plays and self-reflection, I learned how to stay present in difficult conversations and create space for mutual understanding. As a newcomer to Canada with a legal background from India, I now feel more equipped and confident to support respectful dialogue in both professional settings and everyday life. This program changed my approach entirely.
