  • Your question, or a description of the problem you are facing
  • The address of the web page where the problem occurred (if applicable)
  • A copy (text or screenshot) of any error messages you have received

Friday 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (June to August only)

Expected response time is 1 business day.

  • Browse to https://my.continue.yorku.ca/portal/student
  • Sign in to the Student Portal
  • Select Grade Report
  • Select to order a grade report or certificate from the menu
  • Fill out the required fields in the ordering form
  • Submit payment to complete the order
