  • The address of the web page where the problem occurred (if applicable)
  • A copy (text or screenshot) of any error messages you have received

Monday to Friday 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM

Friday 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM (June to August only)

Expected response time is 1 business day.

  • Browse to https://learn.continue.yorku.ca or follow the Moodle LMS link from the Student Portal
  • Select Sign in with Passport York
  • Sign in with your Passport York username and password
  • Select My Courses to view your enrolled course(s)
